Challenge: Dealership Parking

Dams Ford in Surrey, B.C. is a large family owned and operated dealership which has served Surrey & Langley for over 40 years. They have been a mainstay on the Langley Bypass and the number of Ford vehicles driving around with their license plate brackets speaks volumes to their longevity in the community. Not only is Dams Ford located on prime real estate near the border of Surrey & Langley, but they also reside along the Langley Bypass, a busy stretch of road that is home to many dealerships and needed a solution to their parking problems.

With a car-lot that sees a ton of traffic, we were happy to suggest a few ways in which they could make more room for their large inventory of vehicles. The lifts that were chosen were the BendPak PL-7000XR's, these 7,000-lb. capacity parking lifts have a dual-hydraulic cylinder, a wide -deck platform and integrated key-activated power switch - perfect for the needs of Dams Ford. By doubling up on parking we essentially turned their 8 spots into a total of 16! Another solution to a parking problem and another happy customer.
